Affidea Lithuania shares its knowhow in employee engagement

We are proud to see that Affidea Lietuva, awarded for the second time (2018 and 2019) as the Best employer in Lithuania, shared its experience at the international conference „Future of Work”, in Klaipéda.?

Targetting CEOs, HR managers and HR specialists, lecturers and professionals across the European Union shared their knowledge, expertise and innovative ideas with local companies. Over 200 delegates learned about the importance of human resource management and its impact on an organisation's productivity and efficiency.

The HR Manager of Affidea Lithuania, Giedrė Teresevičienė, shared with all participants Affidea’s knowhow in employee engagement and staff satisfaction with a balanced organisational productivity and work force efficiency.
